Baby Patatoes

Small size potatoes in curry

Best with plain-Bread or Rotis.

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    ½ Kg Baby Patatoes, 2 tbsp Garlic-paste, 1 tbsp spoon Ginger-paste , Salt to Taste, 3 Tomatoes, 2 tbsp Cooking-oil, 1 tsp Red Chilly-powder, 2 Green-Chillies. 2 tbsp coriander leaves(chopped).

    Directions

    1) Boil Patatoes,Peel them, 2) Cut Tomatoes into small pieces, 3) Heat oil in the vessel, 4) Put Tomatoes in the oil and make paste, 5) Add Garlic and Ginger Paste, 6) add red-chilly powder or green-chilly paste, 7) Put salt to taste, 8) Add boiled Patatoes, 9) Simmer for 5 min, 10) Spread coriander leaves and serve.
