Creamy Chicken Tikka

Ingredients non vegetarian 6 servings

    • 600 gms boneless chicken cubed
    • 2 tbsps ginger/garlic paste
    • 2 tbsps corn flour
    • 1 1/2 tsps red chilly powder
    • 4 tbsps white flour
    • 2 eggs
    • 2 tbps tinned cream
    • Salt
    • 1 tsp lemon juice
    • Oil for deep frying
    • Bread crumbs for coating


    1. Wash chicken pieces,dry them in kitchen towel.
    2. Marinate them in salt and ginger/garlic paste for 30 mins.
    3. Make a smooth and semi thick batter with white flour, eggs, chilly powder, lemon juice and little salt.
    4. Add cream to the marinated chicken and sprinkle corn flour, mix it.
    5. Dip chicken tikkas in batter, roll them in bread crumbs to coat evenly.
    6. Heat oil and deep fry them on medium heat till golden brown and crisp.
    7. Serve hot with mint chutney.
