Mouth-watering Chana kababs

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    • 2 cups black Chana
    • 4 cups water
    • 2 tsp salt
    • 4 flakes garlic
    • 1/2 ginger
    • 1/2 tsp red chilly (spicy)
    • 1/2 tsp dry mango powder
    • 2 green chillies
    • 1 tsp cornflour
    • Oil for frying
    • Chat masala
    • mint chutney or tomato ketchuo (your choice)

    Directions

    1. Soak black chana for 4-5 hours in water.
    2. Keep excess water aside.
    3. Put soaked chana into your grinder with all ingredients.
    4. Grind well till it becomes a paste, add a little water to it if required.
    5. Place it into a bowl. now, this paste is ready to make Chana kababs.
    6. Heat oil in a pan, deep fry Chana kababs till it turns brown.
    7. Sprinkle chat masala onto Chana kababs and serve hot with mint or tomato chutney
