Mouth-watering Chana kababs
Ingredients
vegetarian
4 servings
2 cups black Chana
4 cups water
2 tsp salt
4 flakes garlic
1/2 ginger
1/2 tsp red chilly (spicy)
1/2 tsp dry mango powder
2 green chillies
1 tsp cornflour
Oil for frying
Chat masala
mint chutney or tomato ketchuo (your choice)
Directions
Soak black chana for 4-5 hours in water.
Keep excess water aside.
Put soaked chana into your grinder with all ingredients.
Grind well till it becomes a paste, add a little water to it if required.
Place it into a bowl. now, this paste is ready to make Chana kababs.
Heat oil in a pan, deep fry Chana kababs till it turns brown.
Sprinkle chat masala onto Chana kababs and serve hot with mint or tomato chutney
