Semolina Treat

Energy food !

Ingredients vegetarian 6 servings

    • 1/2 kg Semolina or Sooji
    • 1 cup Sugar
    • 30 gms Pistachios ( finely chopped )
    • 30 gms Almonds ( finely chopped )
    • 150 gms Raisins
    • 15 gms makhana (lotus seed puffs) fried and chopped
    • 1/2 cup ghee


    1. Heat oil in a pan, add semolina and fry
    2. When it becomes light brown add sugar and stir fry for 2 minutes
    3. Remove from heat and allow it to cool
    4. Now add other ingredients and mix well.
    5. Can also be stored  in an air tight plastic bag in the freezer.



    but i think it can be made really very tasty n nutritious by adding more ingredients,n is good to consume during winters....
