Honey Mustard Chicken Drumsticks

Marinating chicken adds flavour and moisture to the meat
8 chicken Drumsticks (skinless)
6 cloves Garlic crushed
3 tbsp Honey
2 tbsp creamy mustard
2 tbsp soya sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp blackpepper
Make cuts on the drumsticks.
Combine the garlic, honey, mustard, soyasauce, lemon juice and pepper .
Add the drumsticks and toss to coat evenly.
Cover and chill for 1 hour.
Then barbeque it basting it with a little oil.
Serve with chilli sauce and <a href="/recipes/k_recipe.aspx?id=1413">hummus.</a>
