I use this recipe everytime I have to cook real fast.
Quick and easy is the keyword here.
Â½ Kg Green Bell pepper cut into square pieces
Â½ Kg Onion chopped/ diced into pieces
(For Masala Powder)
2 tbsp bengal gram
2 tbsp black gram
1 tsp jeera
1 tsp mustard
Salt to taste
Heat oil in a skillet. Add onion and Bell pepper and fry until done.
Add coarsely powdered masala ingredients and fry for 2 minutes.
Serve hot with rice or roti.
