Ingredients
vegetarian
4 servings
½ Kg Green Bell pepper cut into square pieces
½ Kg Onion chopped/ diced into pieces
(For Masala Powder)
2 tbsp bengal gram
2 tbsp black gram
1 tsp jeera
1 tsp mustard
5 chillies
Salt to taste
Directions
Heat oil in a skillet. Add onion and Bell pepper and fry until done.
Add coarsely powdered masala ingredients and fry for 2 minutes.
Serve hot with rice or roti.
