Chicken and Vegetable Pakoras

Chicken Fritters

A nutritious and delicious iftari treat

Ingredients non vegetarian 4 servings


    • 1 chicken breast cut into pieces
    • salt & pepper
    • 2 Carrots
    • 2 Potatoes
    • 1 cup Cabbage
    • 1 tbsp Cornflour
    • 1 egg
    • 1/2 tsp ajinomoto

     

     

    Directions

    1. Boil the chicken pieces with salt and pepper.Shred them into pieces .
    2. Par boil the carrots and potatoes .Chop them fine as if for omellete.
    3. Shred cabbage and blanch .
    4. Mix all these ingredients with beaten egg, cornflour, ajinomoto a little black pepper and salt to taste .
    5. Shape into balls and fry .
    6. Serve with chilli garlic sauce.

    Adding 1/2tsf of soya sauce and 1/2 tsf white pepper powder to the batter would be nice.
