Masala Potato Capsicum

Vegetable Curry

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    • 1/2 kg potatotes
    • ½ kg capsicum (bell peppers)
    • 1/2 kg onions
    • Spices such as salt, red pepper, turmeric, dhania power, garam masala and dry mango powder
    • Cooking Oil

    Directions

    1. First peel and cut pototoes in medium size.
    2. Heat Oil in Kadhai
    3. After heating put potatoes in Kadhai and add little salt and keep then for frying
    4. Don't cover the kadhai and after the potatoes are turning brown add long slitted onions into the kadhai
    5. Cut capsicum in medium size
    6. Once onions are turned little pink add cut capsicum
    7. Add remaining salt, red pepper, little turmeric and dhania powder according to your taste and then covery for few minutes till capsicums are half cooked
    8. Then finally add garam masala and mango power and add nicely.
    9. Then remove and serve hot with chapati
