Traditional maharastrian dish of stuffed pomfret is spicy and mouth watering
Ingredients
non vegetarian 2 servings
2 medium size pomfret fish
1tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 tsp red chilli powder
1tbsp garam masala
1tsp lime juce
1cup dry coconut grated
1cup onion chopped
2-3 fenugreek seeds (optional)
salt

Directions
Wash pomfret make a 2 or 3 cut mark on fish and marinate it with ginger garlic paste and limejuice and keep for atleast 1/2 an hour.
Heat a pan put 2 tbsp oil and fry onion and coconut and make it into fine paste
Mix garam masala red chilli powder,salt and 1tsp oil in paste
Mix well and fill this mixture in cut marks of fish and place it for another 15 min
Heat a pan. Put 2 tbsp oil add 2-3 seeds of fenugreek and place the fish in pan sprinkle water and cook it for 10-15 min.add corrinder leaves and serve hot with chapati or bhakari
