Very Quick and easy to prepare

Ingredients vegetarian 10 servings


    • 1 bowl mawa
    • 1 bowl milk powder
    • a pinch of cardamom (elaichi) powder
    • badam (almond) and pista for decoration.

    For Chasni ( sugar syrup)

    • 1/2 bowl sugar
    • 1/4 bowl water
    • a pinch of kesar

    Directions

    1. Mix Mawa, milkpowder and cardamom powder in a bowl
    2. Prepare Chasni of two tari (that is, Not too light nor too thick just medium).
    3. Put the chasni in the Mawa mixture and shape it as usual like pendas and then decorate it with badam and pista. ( while shaping them, greese your palms with ghee)
    4. Leave it to dry until it becomes solid

    yes add the sugar syrup in the mawa mixture.

    I am confused. What exactly do I do with the syrup? Mix it with rest of the mawa mixture?
