Chilly Cauliflower

Recipe by Khushboo Barmeda of Dar es Salaam, TZ

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings

    • 2 onions
    • 2 Capsicums
    • 3 Green Chillies
    • ½ bowl cashew nuts (roasted)
    • 1 bowl Cauliflower (fried)
    • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
    • 5 tbsp soy sauce
    • 3 tbsp Tomato sauce
    • 2 tbsp Oil
    • salt and chilli powder to taste


    1. Cut onion and Capsicum into big pieces separately.
    2. Heat oil in a pan, add onion. Fry for few minutes till slightly brown then add capsicum, ginger garlic paste, green chillies, soy sauce, tomato sauce, cashew nuts, cauliflower, salt and chilli powder.
    3. Stir well and cover the lid.
    4. Remove from flame after a minute or 2.
    5. Make sure that capsicums doesn't get tender.
    6. Serve hot with Parathas.



    i tried it but it was okay ,okay ,not very gud n was a waste of time.
