Grind Cashewnut (5 nos) & Coconut (2 tbsp) together with little water to make a paste.
Heat oil in a kadai & add onion, green chillies & ginger garlic paste. fry till the onions turn translucent.
Add tomato & fry till they are soft & add Curd to it. Boil for a minute.
Now add diced Capsicum to it. Mix well & boil for 2 mins.
When Capsicum are half done, add Garam masala, Jeera powder, Red chilli powder, sugar, Turmeric & salt. Mix well & fry for 3 mins.
Now add Water & Cashwe-Coconut paste. Mix well & boil for 2 mins. Consistency gets little thick. Can add more water to adjust it according to the taste.
Remove from heat & add Ghee, Fresh cream & Coriander.
