Fried chicken in tomato and lemon sauce

This is a dry dish with the taste of lemon. Very simple and easy.

Good! I tried this recipe and it came out OK. The only change I would like to recommend for this recipe is not to deep fry the chicken, but instead pan fry it. By doing so, you will not burn all the marinade on the chicken and it will be more healthier. I'm not sure if I would be making this dish ever again. Thank you!
