Yummy and Delicious dish for Paranthas

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    • 1 cup of green vegetables (cauliflower, carrots, beans, capsicum, peas, etc.)
    • 1/4 cup Paneer (optional)
    • 1/2 cup onion
    • 2 green chillies cut into slits.
    • 2 tsp cashew paste 
    • 1 cup of cream.
    • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder and red chilli powder
    • 1/4 spoon elaichi, dalchini, phool chakri (star anise seeds)
    • 2 cloves
    • 2 tez patta (bay leaves)
    • salt to taste
    • 2 tsp oil

    Directions

    1. Cut all veggies into small cubes and cauliflowers into small sized florets
    2. Stir fry all the vegetables till golden yellow and keep aside
    3. Heat a pan and  put oil
    4. Put green chillies and then onion and fry till brown
    5. Put ginger garlic paste
    6. Put the turmeric and red chilli powder
    7. Now add the cashe paste and then add the veggies
    8. Add cream and the fry for few mins
    9. Add the dalchini elaichi and phul chakri powder
    10. Add salt to taste
    11. Cover the lid for 3-4 mins
    12. Serve hot
