A nutritious appetiser

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings


    • 2 cup spinach
    • 1 cup frozen corn
    • 2 tsp butter
    • 1 tsp jeera
    • green chillis (optional)
    • salt to taste

    Directions

    1. Boil spinach till water evaporates. Add chilli if you want to make the soup spicy.
    2. Grind to a paste using a blender.
    3. Return spinach paste to heat. Add boiled corn and salt to taste .
    4. When the consistency is thick like soup, remove from fire.
    5. Heat butter,add jeera and add this to soup.
    6. Serve hot.

    palak makai ka shorba recipe is really of fantastic method, i was desperately searching palak soup without process of sieving........... without wastage of vegetable, as I do not like the process of sieving while making any soup. Its very quick and simple method........I will definitely try and adopt this method. thanks 4 somthing I was searching since long and congrats Usha.
