Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings

    • 1 cup Curry leaves
    • 4 tsp Urad dal
    • 4 Red chillies
    • Salt as required
    • Tamarind lemon size
    • 2 tsp Oil


    1. Take oil in a pan and roast the dal and red chilly .keep it aside.
    2. Wash the curry leaves and fry it in  pan.
    3. Soak the tamarind with little water.
    4. Now add all the ingredients with salt and grind it in a mixie.

    This can be stored in a fridge and can be used for rice, dosa
