ek baar khaoge to khaate rah jaaoge
1/2 kg yam or jimikand
2 tsp coconut oi
curry leaves -a sprig
2-3 green chilli
salt to taste
1" piece ginger
coriander leaves few sprigs
2 lemons juice
1 tsp mustard seeds
Peel and cut yam into very fine pieces.
Cook in a pressure cooker for two whistles so they are soft.
Add mustard seeds.when they crackle add finely cut chillis,curry leaves and very finely chopped ginger pieces.
Fry well.add cooked yam and salt to taste .
Remove from fire and add juice of lemon.
Mix well.garnish with coriander leaves .
Is excellent with chappatis and rice.
