In a food processor add washed fresh coriander, ginger, garlic, green chillies, tomatoes, turmeric pwd, red chilly pwd, coriander pwd, salt and grind to a semi fine paste.
Make sure the paste is not very fine so it is recommended to grind in a food processor or on a grinding stone.
Peel potatoes, cut them into round slices of 0.2cm, wash and add little salt and keep it for 5mins and then deep fry.
Wash lady finger/ baby okra, remove stem, give a slit vertically and deep fry.
In a pan add 2 tbsp of oil add grounded paste. Cook till the paste starts leaving oil or the water dries up.
When the paste is cooked add the fried potatoes and baby okra in it.
