                Ingredients

                - 200 gms small button mushrooms 
- 4 tbsp garlic chopped 
- chopped green chillis 
- 2 spring onions (chopped)
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano (easily available in supermarkets) 
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder 
- 1 tsp lemon juice 
- 1 tsp garam masala powder 
- coriander leaves chopped
- 4 tbsp olive oil 
- salt as per your taste 
 
            
                Directions
                - Discard the stem of the mushrooms and wash them properly
- In a pan heat one fourth water add the mushrooms 
- Stir and cook till the water dries
- Add olive oil cook the mushrooms in medium heat for 1 min.
- Add garlic n green chillies cook till mushrooms  are dry 
- Add oregano garam masala powder, pepper, salt, spring onion cook for a min
- Add lemon juice n coriander leaves
- Serve hot
