Hot mushroom salad

crunchy hot salad

Ingredients vegetarian 1 servings

    • 200 gms small button mushrooms
    • 4 tbsp garlic chopped
    • chopped green chillis
    • 2 spring onions (chopped)
    • 1/2 tsp dried oregano (easily available in supermarkets)
    • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
    • 1 tsp lemon juice
    • 1 tsp garam masala powder
    • coriander leaves chopped
    • 4 tbsp olive oil
    • salt as per your taste 


    1. Discard the stem of the mushrooms and wash them properly
    2. In a pan heat one fourth water add the mushrooms
    3. Stir and cook till the water dries
    4. Add olive oil cook the mushrooms in medium heat for 1 min.
    5. Add garlic n green chillies cook till mushrooms  are dry
    6. Add oregano garam masala powder, pepper, salt, spring onion cook for a min
    7. Add lemon juice n coriander leaves
    8. Serve hot
