CRISPY PRAWNS

This is a dry dish.

Great for cocktail parties.

Ingredients non vegetarian 4 servings


    •  1 kg Prawns(shelled and deveined)
    •  2 tsps red chilly powder.
    •  Salt.
    •  2 tsps lemon juice.
    •  1 tsp garlic paste.
    •  1/4 cup oil.
    •  pinch orange food colour.
    •  2 tsps corn flour

    Directions

    1. Take oil,salt ,food colour,garlic paste,chilly powder,lemon juice and corn flour in a bowl,mix it.
    2. Wash prawns and marinate in it for 2 hours.
    3. Heat nonstick frying pan ,and put marinated prawns in it,saute for  on medium heat,stirring all the time,till dry and done.
    4. Increase heat and saute again for 2 mins till crispy.
    5.  Serve hot red chutney .
