Bhuna Tikka

Ingredients non vegetarian 2 servings

    • 1/2 kg mutton (cut into 2-3 big pieces)
    • 1tsp ginger paste
    • 1 tsp garlic paste
    • salt
    • 1 tsp red chilli powder
    • 1 tsp white vinegar
    • 1 tsp lemon juice
    • 300 gms yogurt
    • 2-3 onion chopped
    • 2 tbsp oil
    • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder




    1. Prick the mutton pieces with the help of knife or fork
    2. In yogurt mix ginger garlic paste, salt, chilli powder, white vinegar, lemon juice. mix well
    3. Now marinate mutton pieces in this mixture for 4-5 hrs (keep it in refrigerator)
    4. Heat oil & fry onion till it becomes pink then add mutton pieces & remaining mixture
    5. Cook it on low flame till meat become tender & water gets dried
    6. Now sprinkle garam masala on it!
    7. Serve with chapati !
