a delicious soft sweet dish, liked by one year child to 100 year old grannies and grandpas.

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    • 2 cups of milk cream
    • 11/2 cups of sugar
    • 3 tsp wheat flour
    • cardamom powder,little
    • raisins,cashews and almond
    • little saffron

    Directions

    1. Take a pan ,pour milk cream in to it keep stirring.
    2. Add sugar, wheat flour, cardamom, saffron and dry fruits
    3. Keep stirring, till the mixture leaves the surface of the pan
    4. Grease a plate, pour the mixture leave it aside till it sets and cut into diamond pieces
    5. Let it cool completely before serving.

    with out heating you cant soildify the ingredients which is in liquid form,and also i have mentioned wheatflour as 3tsp which has to be mixed with the other ingredients together.and then boil it ,keep stirring until you get burfi consistency.

    we have to put the pan in stove or we can prepare with out heating the milk.

    In the ingridients wheat flour is mentioned but it is not clearly given in the recipe discription and also the consistency is not mentioned be clear when you write.
