I got this receipe from my friend just for u. I haven't tried it coz i dont eat egg.
non vegetarian 2 servings
1/2 tsp Dijon Mustard
1 large Egg yolk
1/4 tsp White pepper powder
1 1/2 tsp fresh Lemon juice
3/4 cup Olive or Vegetable oil
1 tsp Vinegar
1/4 tsp Salt
Whisk together Dijon mustard, salt & egg yolk. Mix well for about 10-15 mins.
Add 1/4 cup of Oil little by little mixing constantly. The mixture begins to thicken.
Add in Vinegar & Lemon juice. Mix well.
Add the remaining Oil slowly in a thin stream by mixing constantly untill everything is well blended. If it seems that oil is not incorporated then stop adding Oil. Whisk the mixture vigorously till smooth & then continue adding Oil.
Add in White pepper powder. Mix well & cover with a plastic wrap & chill it untill it is been served.
NOTE: You can add only Olive or Vegetable Oil or combine both in equal quantity. Adjust salt to your taste.
