Green masala curry

Ingredients non vegetarian 1 servings

    • 1 kg fish cut in blocks
    • 2 tbsp garlic paste
    • 250 gm spring onion (chopped)
    • 1 cup coriander (chopped)
    • 5 green chilies (chopped)
    • salt to taste
    • 1 tsp red chili powder
    • 1 tsp turmeric powder
    • 3 big tomatoes
    • 1 1/2 cup oil


    1. Wash fish with vinegar and besan and pet dry for an hour
    2. Heat oil and fry fish blocks till golden keep aside
    3. In the same oil add garlic paste to fry then add spring onions, chopped tomatoes, salt, red chili, and turmeric powder
    4. cook at medium heat for about 10 minutes
    5. Now add fish in gravy and lower the flame
    6. Cover it. Change the sides occasionally
    7. Cook for about 20 - 25 minutes at low heat. Then left and garnish with green chilies and fresh coriander
    8. Serve with chapati
