Fruit punch

nutritious,delicious,refreshing rich drink

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings

    • 3 cups of  fresh orange juice
    • 11/2 cups of fresh pineapple juice
    • 2 tsps of fresh lemon juice
    • 1/2 cup fresh milk cream
    • 4 scoops of  vanilla icecream
    • 1/4 tsp of fresh ginger juice
    • 1 cup of sugar


    1. Mix all the ingredients in a blender or juicer
    2. add ice cubes and serve immediately with some chopped fruits preferably apple, pineapple and pomegranate
    Don't keep this mixture for a long time



    you can also use readily available juice to fresh ones,but fresh juices will give you good taste.


    Can we use the juices available in the market instead of the fresh juices?
