Sweet semolina pancakes

Ingredients non vegetarian 6 servings


    • 2 cups semolina
    • 1 1/2 cups sugar
    • 6 eggs
    • 2 cups milk
    • 4 green cardamom
    • ghee to fry

    Directions

    1. Take a big bowl add semolina, sugar, cardamom, and milk together
    2. Beat well with mixer
    3. Add eggs one by one
    4. Beat till bubbly
    5. Heat ghee in a pan and drop a serving spoon full of better
    6. Let it warm one side fry it care fully it can be spread
    7. Turn it care fully
    8. Fry till browned from the corners.
    9. Serve as tea snack
