Directions
- Finely mash the boiled Potato & boiled Rice.
- Mix well all the ingredients except Oil.
- Wet your hand with little water & make lemon sized balls of the dough & keep aside.
- Heat Oil in a kadai on a medium heat. Add the rice balls & fry till golden brown.
- Serve hot with Mint chutney & tomato sauce.
NOTE: Instead of frying, flatten the balls between your palms. Make it like a cutlet & shallow fry on a griddle(tava).
