For the vegetarians who love little spicy tangy food with a touch of variety.
Heat a pan and add in it butter, now add in it maida flour and roast a little and quickly add in it milk and cook stirring continiously till semi thick. Take care no lumps are formed. Its ready!
Dear Roopa, hot sauce is readily and very easily available in any market. You dont have to make it at home.
In other words its red chilly sauce (thin in consistency) but not the one used in chinese.
Pl tell me how to make 'Hot Sauce' .
