Try this different pancakes. The children will love them.
Ingredients
vegetarian 6 servings
1 1/2 cups white flour.
Salt.
2 1/2 tsps baking powder.
4 tbsps oil.
1 egg.
FOR TOPPING;
Grated cheese.
Slices of onions.
Green chillies (sliced)
Green chutney .
Pizza sauce
Directions
Take flour in a dish,add oil.salt, egg, and baking powder, add enough water to make semi thick batter.
Take a non stick griddle, place a spoonful of batter, drizzle oil on the sides,and cook on medium heat ,till sides little brown.
Turn to cook other side, finish all the batter that way.
Mix green chutney with pizza sauce,take one pancake and spread this chutney on it, sprinkle cheese, place onion rings, sprinkle green chillies. Finish rest of pancake that way.
Bake it very hot oven ,till cheese melts and sides crusty.
