sesame filled brinjal

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings

    • 1/2 kg baingan(small round brinjal)
    • 1 tbsp till (sesame seeds)
    • 1 tbsp groundnut
    • 1 tbsp cumin seeds
    • salt to taste
    • 2 tsp chilli powder
    • 1 tsp turmeric
    • 1 tbsp oil
    • 1 medium onion (chopped)
    • 5-6 tsp tamarind chutney





    1. Dry roast sesame seeds,ground nuts & cumin seeds!
    2. Then add salt, chiili powder& turmeric and grind all the mixture coarsely!
    3. Make 4 cuts in a brinjal and fill this mixture in it!
    4. Heat oil in a pan and fry the chopped onion till they become pink then put these filled brinjals in it and the remaining mixture and add tamarind chutney!(you can use maggi tamarind chutney)
    5. Cook this till the brinjals become soft!
    6. Serve with chapati!
