Achaar Gosht

its a very special recipe'mostly i prepare this when special guests come to my house! they like it very much!

Ingredients non vegetarian 4 servings


    • 1 kg mutton
    • 250 gms green chillies (big ones which can be filled)
    • 250 gms curd
    • 50 gms mustard seeds
    • 50 gms cumin seeds
    • 50 gms methi seeds
    • 50 gms kalonji seeds
    • 2 tbsp oil
    • 2 big onion chopped
    • 2 tspginger garlic paste
    • salt to taste
    • 2-3 tsp chilli powder
    • 2 tsp turmeric powder
    • 1 tsp garam masala powder
    • 1 tsp coriander powder

    Directions

    1. Take a bowl and mix mustard, cumin, methi and kalonji seeds & salt. Grind them coursely!
    2. Now make a single cut in green chillies and fill this mixture in chillies and marinate these  chillies in curd for 3-4 hrs
    3. Heat oil and fry onions till they become brown then add ginger garlic paste, salt, red chilli, turmeric, and coriander powder!
    4. Saute for 2-3 mins then add mutton and some water and cook till mutton is half cooked!
    5. Then add marinated chillies with curd & cook till mutton gets fully tender and water gets dried!
    6. Now spinkle garam masala powder and serve with naan!
