Ingredients
non vegetarian 4 servings
4 cups slice onions
3 cups chopped tomatoes
6 boiled eggs cut into halves
4 pods garlic
3 green chillies
1 tbsp yoghurt
6-8 pieces of cashewnuts
1 tsp red chilly powder
1 tsp chat masala powder
1 tsp tandoori masala powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
salt to taste

Directions
Firstly in a kadai heat oil n add in it sliced onions, when they turn pink add in chopped tomatoes and cook till soft and juicy mixture.
Allow this mixture to cool till then in a grinder jar ready the garlic pods, ginger-garlic paste, green chillies, cashewnuts and when the onion -tomato mixtures cools down add it too.
Grind it all to a fine smooth paste and kip aside.
Now heat some more oil in the same kadai and add in it red chilly powder and immediately the grinded paste.
Further add in it turmeric powder, chat masala, tandorri masala powder, and salt.
Cook well till oil seperates.
Add in it boiled eggs cut into halves and coat well with masala and cover and cook on sim for 10 mins with a check.
Can add water if gravy is thick.
Serve hot with roti, paratha, naan or rice and onion rings dipped in fruit vinegar.
