With almond tastes yummy
3 bread slices
1/4 cup milk
2 tbsp milk powder
1 tbsp almond paste (soaked, peeled, ground)
5 tbsp sugar or as per your taste
1/2 cup ghee or as required
Take a bowl, add eggs into and beat with fork
Now mix sugar in milk well, when it is dissolved pour it in eggs and beat it.
Now add almond paste and milk powder.
Mix it very well and keep aside.
Take bread slices and cut each slice into four triangles
Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a non sticky pan at medium to low flame
Dip slices in egg mixture and fry it from both sides till golden every time before placing slice in pan first apply ghee to pan
Serve with tea or coffee
