Apple Cake with walnuts,raisins,chashews&Badam

Its Easy to make and Healthy.
Ingredients
non vegetarian
4 servings
2 1/2 cups of white Flour(Maida)
1/2 cup of chashew, Badam, Raisins, Walnuts
1 tbsp of Baking powder,pinch of salt
1/2 cup of Apple nicely chopped into small pieces
2 Eggs
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tbs of Vanilla essence
1/2 cup of Butter
3 tbs of oil
5 tbs of milk
Directions
In a Bowl add butter + sugar + eggs whisk them in to smooth fine paste.
Take another bowl add maida, Baking powder, salt and mix it well.
Add this maida mixture into soft batter,to this add milk+vanilla essence,sliced chopped apple and all dry fruits.
Grease Cake tin with butter and pour the batter and set it evenly.
Bake for 20 to 30min at 250degrees in the oven.
