Oats soup

Ingredients non vegetarian 4 servings


    • 1/4 kg of Mutton Bones
    • 4 tbsp of oats
    • 3 tbsp oil
    • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
    • 1 tomato 
    • 2-3 green chilli
    • 1 dice Maggi cube 
    • 1 cup corn
    • 2 tsp white vinegar
    • 1/2 tsp Haldi
    • 4-5 Whole Black pepper
    • Corriander leaves for deco 
    • Salt to taste 

    Directions

    1. First, cook the mutton bones in pressure cooker by adding ginger garlic paste, tomato, salt, haldi and whole black pepper, so that the raw smells goes off. Check whether it's cooked.keep aside.
    2. In a separate vessel put oil, then roast the oats for some while, put green chillies and Maggi cube. Add 4-5 cups(standard cups)  of water to this mixture and let it cook till it becomes thick.
    3. Then add the pressure cooker ingredients to this mixture and let it boil again for 15-20 mins. Till it becomes thick.
    4. Now add fresh corn or frozen corn to it. Take one boil again. In the last add vinegar.
    5. Serve hot with coriander leaves.
    Note: Do not add more of salt because the maggi cube itself contains salt.
