Coconut Besan Burfi

A very tasty sweet

Mouth watering, soft, can be stored for a week. Very easy to make.

Ingredients vegetarian 8 servings

  • 1 cup Coconut, grated
  • 1 cup Gram flour
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Clarified Butter
  • 3 cups Sugar


  1. Mix all the ingredients, put in a heavy bottomed vessel and put on the flame.
  2. Stir continuously for 20 minutes. Reduce the flame during the last 5 minutes.
  3. Remove from the flame when the mixture leaves the sides of the vessel.
  4. Pour it in a plate and cut into squares when cool.



hey instead of clarified butter can v put ghee or pure butter
