Boil chicken in ginger garlic green chilli paste adding vinegar and 1 cup water.Let it cook on low heat for 1/2 hour till chicken is tender and 1 cup chicken stock is still remaining.
Mix curd,ground almond, ketchup, red chilli powder, salt,black pepper, cinnamon sticks, curry leaves in a bowl and leave for 1/2 hour.
Heat oil in a non stick pan.Add chopped garlic and fry for 15 seconds.Add mixture of curd and almond and fry for 2-3 minutes.Add chicken stock. Stir well.
Add chicken pieces and stir gently till all pieces are well coated with mixture.Let it cook for at least 4-5 minutes till the gravy is thick and oil appears on top.
Give smoke of coal for 10-15 minutes.
Pour chicken in a dish and garnish with green onion and coriander.
