It is a healthy dish because it is steamed,and you can cook instantly for unexpected guests.
Ingredients
vegetarian 6 servings
1 cup sooji(semolina)
2 tsps ginger,garlic paste.
1 tsp enos fruit salt.
A handfull of corriander leaves.
1/2 tsp sugar.
salt.
sesame seeds.
1/2 lemon.
2 tbsps of yogurt.
few crushed peppercorns.
Directions
Take sooji in a dish,add all ingredients except,enos ,sesame seeds,and peppercorns.
Mix it to get a dropping consistencybatter,add more yogurt if need be.
Add enos, mix it.(enos should be added when the water starts boiling) pour in a greased thali (take a big thali so that you can get thin base),sprinkle sesame seeds and crushed peppercorns.steam immediately like dhokla.
