Mutton Capsica

Healthy spicy Non Veg food

High Protein with splendid flavour and lovely color

Ingredients non vegetarian 2 servings

    • 500 gms mutton cut into 1"x 1"pcs
    • 2 big size green capsicum cut into 2"x2"
    • 1 big size red capsicum cut into 2"x2"
    • 1 big size yellow capsicucum cut into 2"x2"
    • 2 onions cut into 2"x2"
    • sliced green chilies 4 nos
    • 2 tbps chilli sauce
    • 2 tbps tomoto sauce
    • 4 tbps soya sauce
    • 4 tbps white vinegar
    • 1/2 tbps red chilli powder
    • 1 tbps ginger garlic paste
    • 2 tbsp white oil
    • salt to taste


    1. Mix the mutton with vinegar and 2 tbps oil to marinate for 1 hr
    2. Then mix all the sauces, along with ginger garlic paste and red chille powder to the marianted mutton for 45 minutes to marinate.
    3. In a pressure cooker put the marinated mutton and saute in a medium flame for 5 minutes then add some water and put it for pressure cook.
    4. After the pressure cooking , pour the mutton in a pan and fry in high flame to reduce the water.
    5. When water is almost reduced add capsicum,onion and flaked green chillies.
    6. Stir fried for 2-3 minutes in high flame
    7. add salt to taste
    8. the mutton is ready to be eaten with rice or roti or paratha or as you like it.
