2 bunches of palak(cut ,boiled and churned in mixer)
2-3 onions chopped
2 tomatoes chopped
3-4 pods of garlic chopped
½ kg potatoes boiled and mashed
1/2 cup fresh cream
1/2 cup raisins
4-5 green chilles
1 tsp jeera
1/2 tsp garam masla pwd
salt to taste
1/2 to 1 tsp chilli pwd
1/4 tsp black pepper pwd
1/4 cup cornflour
2 tbsp oil
oil for deep frying
Add some salt,red chilly pwd,half of green chilles cut,and some black pepper pwd to the mashed potatao mixture
Add the cornflour and mix well.
Mix equal sized balls of the mixture
Take one ball at a time,create a hole in it ans fill it with some cream and 2-3 raisins and then reseal it.
Dry fry these balls till brownish in colour.Make sure that the oil is neither too hot nor cold.
In another pan add 2tbsp oil and heat it,then add jeera nd let it splutter.
Add the garlic to it and fry for some time then add onion and fry again till golden brown then add tomatoes and fry till the mixture starts to leave oil.
Then add some salt and red chiily pwd and remaing masalas to it and fry some more.
Add the palak mixture and fry it till the water evaporates and the mixture leaves oil.
Finally add the koftas and and add some garma masala and serve hot with chapatis.
