Apple mint relish

Drink with apple mint and lemon juice

Quick & easy low calorie tangy drink good in vitamins and fibre

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings

    1. ½ juice
    2. ½ ltr soda
    3. ½ Cup very finely chopped fresh mint leave
    4. Juice of 2 lemons
    5. ‘0’ calorie sugar-4 single sachets
    6. Crushed ice


    • Take 4 tall glasses
    • Divide the mint leaves equally and add into the glasses
    • Now pour apple juice equally into them
    • Now add the sugar and lemon juice as per individual requirement and mix very well
    • Now add crushed ice and mix
    • Lastly add soda and mix lightly and serve immediately
