Soya chunks soaked and boiled in salted water , or minced ,
2 Tomatoes (chopped)
2 Red onions(chooped)
½ lemon juice
1 tsp red chiili powder
1 tbsp thick cream
1 tsp soya souce
½ tsp jeera
2 tbsp oil
chicken masala or chana masla.
salt to taste .
green chillis (finely chopped)
Coriander leaves (finely chopped)
½ tsp sesame seeds
Directions
Soak the soya chunks in salted water and boild it untill tender. Set aside
Then fry the onions first into pan with oil and pinch of zeera and sesame seeds . brown the onions . and add the salt to taste and red chiili powder and masala
then green chilli and then tomatoes and mix soya chunks or mince or tofu then fry fior few minutes .
drizzile litle bit of water andthen cover it for 2, 3minutes. when its tender takit off from gas mean while cut the piita breads into halfe make pockt shape and fiiled it with mixuter and serve it hot or cold with sald on side.
