Hi v reddy! Panch Foron: consists of equal quantities of mustard seeds, fenugreek(methi), cummin(jeera), aniseeds(saunf), and nigella(kala jeera), available in any Indian grocery store as Panch Foron. Note, panch means five! The familiar "Rum Panch" originated from this Panch (meaning five ingredient)!!
