A sweet for holy indian festivals!

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    • 2 cup rice flour
    • 2 cup sugar powder
    • 1 tsp cardamom powder
    • 2 cup ghee
    • 3 tsp poppy seeds
    • 1 cup milk
    • 3 tsp chironji

    Directions

    1. Mix together rice flour & sugar, by adding milk make a  dough of it(keep a dough as thick as possible)
    2. Keep this dough in a air tight container at least for 1-2 days.
    3. Now knead this dough until becomes smooth, (use little amount of milk for kneading) then add cardamom powder & chironji.make 15-18 small balls of the dough.
    4. Meanwhile heat a pan with ghee.
    5. Brush the hands with ghee & make a puri of these balls on hand & deep fry them on low heat
    6. Keep the anaarse in a plat & sprinkle pinch of poppy seeds on it.
    7. Once get cool  keep them in a air tight container. it can preserve up to 4-5 days.
