Mix together rice flour & sugar, by adding milk make a dough of it(keep a dough as thick as possible)
Keep this dough in a air tight container at least for 1-2 days.
Now knead this dough until becomes smooth, (use little amount of milk for kneading) then add cardamom powder & chironji.make 15-18 small balls of the dough.
Meanwhile heat a pan with ghee.
Brush the hands with ghee & make a puri of these balls on hand & deep fry them on low heat
Keep the anaarse in a plat & sprinkle pinch of poppy seeds on it.
Once get cool keep them in a air tight container. it can preserve up to 4-5 days.
