Ingredients
non vegetarian 4 servings
1 kg boneless chicken
1 tbsp cornflour
3 tsp black pepper powder
1/4 cup water
salt to taste
4 big onions cut in round shape
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
10-15 curry leaves
4 slit green chillies
2 tbsp yoghart
coriander to garnish

Directions
In a bowl take boneless chicken pieces in this put cornflour,2tbsp black pepper powder, little water and salt to taste and mix well.
Deep fry the chicken and keep it aside.
In pan heat oil and put the onions n fry till it slightly looses its color and remove n keep aside.
In the same pan put ginger garlic paste, yoghart, black pepper powder, red chilli powder, curry leaves, slit green chillies and salt to taste. Saute this for about 2mins.
Put the chicken and the onions and cover and cook till the chicken is done.
Garnish with lots of corriander leaves and serve with steamed rice or naan.
