Popular chutney, can also gives a good taste with Dosa-Uttapam.
Ingredients
vegetarian 6 servings
1 coconut(scraped & grated)
½ cup curd
1-2 curry leaves
1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
1-2 chopped green chillies
salt to taste
½ tsp sugar
1 tsp mustard & cumin seeds
2 tsp oil
½ tsp turmeric
pinch of asafoetida
Directions
Heat a small bowl with oil, add cumin, mustard seeds & curry leaves. once crackled add salt , green chillies & turmeric powder & then add asafoetida & remove it from fire.
In another bowl take grated nariyal,mix it with curd & add the oil in it & again mix it well.
