Cheese Sandwich

Good for breakfast or anytime

Ingredients vegetarian 1 servings


    • 1 quart oil for frying
    • 4 tsp mayonnaise
    • 4 slices white bread
    • 4 slices Cheddar cheese
    • 1 cup milk
    • 2 eggs
    • 2 cups dry bread crumbs

    Directions

    1. In large skillet over medium heat, crumble and cook sausage, potatoes and green peppers until sausage and potatoes are brown. Add little salt and dhania, mix well.
    2. In small bowl, combine eggs and milk until well mixed. Pour over sausage and potato mixture, stirring/scrambling gently until eggs are cooked.
    3. Serve with toast and tomato ketchup or sauce of your liking.
    4. Little black pepper powder can also be added to enhance the flavour.

    My fault, Sorry for the ingredients and direction/method mismatch. Method is for Egg and sausages scramble.

    Hey the ingredients and the method seem to be of 2 different recepies,as ingredients do not say Sausage,or green pepper or potato anywhere but method does.
