Steamed chicken

Less oil, healthier and smoky flavor

Ingredients non vegetarian 4 servings

    • ½ kg Chicken  Boneless
    • 1 tsp Crashed Red Chilli
    • ½ tsp  Ginger Garlic past
    • 1 tsp Vinegar
    • 1 tsp Soya Sauce
    • ½ tsp Garam Masala
    • ½ tsp Chat Masala
    • Salt to taste
    • 1 pinch Red food color
    • ½ tsp Corn flour
    • 2 tbsp Oil


    1. First wash the chicken and put it in a pan. Add red food color and fold. Add all ingredients on the chicken and leave it for 1/2 hour.
    2. After 1/2 hour put the pan on low heat, cover and cook until the chicken is tender (no water will be added).
    3. When chicken is tender, add oil on it and mix well for 1-2 min.
    4. Now you can smoke the dish by heating a coal piece, put it on the small bowl in the pan. Add 2-3 drops of oil on it and immediately cover the pan for 5 min.
    5. Dish is ready. When serving, decorate with slices of onion and some leave of coriander.
