An easy cake recipe that can be be varied endlessly
I tried the cake by replacing eggs with 1/2 tin of condensed milk (unsweetened). The cake came out quite well but I had to increase baking time by 10 minutes. Regards, Maimoona
this cake can be made without eggs. instead u add condensed milk and reduce the quantity of sugar.
I have never tried this recipe without eggs.
To make yoghurt (Dahi) at home: Boil 1 cup milk, transfer in a flat bottomed bowl and let cool till it is luke warm. Add 1 tablespoon of yoghurt, mix lightly, cover and leave for about 10 or 12 hours till it is set. You can multiply the quantities if you need more yoghurt.
