Colourful Shimla Mirch With Paneer

A very colourful vegetarian starter dish,having a authentic taste.

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    • 2 cup paneer cubes
    • salt to taste
    • 3 tsp oil
    • 1 chopped onion
    • 2 tsp garam masala
    • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
    • 2 chopped green chilies
    • 2 bell peppers,seeded & thinly sliced
    • handful chopped fresh coriander
    • 1 tsp chilly powder 
    • 1 tsp lemon juice

    Directions

    1. Place panner in a bowl with salt, chilly powder, garam masala & half of oil. mix it, cover the bowl with clingfilm & keep it in fridge for 25 min.
    2. Heat remaining oil in a pan, add ginger-garlic paste, then onion, stir fry it on medium heat for 3 min.
    3. Add chillies & fry again for a minute.
    4. Now add marinated paneer cubes & fry lightly until they becomes golden brown.
    5. Add sliced peppers in it & lightly fry for 10min.
    6. Garnish with coriander leaves & sprinkle lemon juice.

    i want to ask that anb the simlamirch u have not mentioned and paneer directly we will mix everything or first we will iol the paneer then only we will mix?if directly then paneer wll be hard
